Lorefully is a product developed by Gauge19, designed to capture and analyse market-level insights and feedback for exhibitors, sponsors, venues, and organisers. It enables event professionals to understand audience sentiment, product perception, and market trends across conferences, exhibitions, and tradeshows.
Lorefully bridges live event experiences with data intelligence, helping the industry make informed, evidence-based decisions that improve engagement, commercial outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
The Role
We are seeking a driven Commercial Partnerships Manager with 3–5 years of experience in selling services such as sponsorships, media, advertising, or delegate sales. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to Lorefully’s growth in the events market.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven and has proven themselves in sales and is now looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing and ambitious organisation. You will play an active role in shaping our commercial sales strategy, influencing how we grow, and positioning yourself for future progression as the business development function expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing business opportunities within the events, media, and sponsorship sectors.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and aligning our services to meet their needs.
- Represent Lorefully at industry events, trade shows, and online forums to expand our reach and reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging, campaign materials, and client proposals.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and report on progress using Pipedrive as our CRM tool.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement across the sales process and customer experience.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within media, advertising, events, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management.
- Confident communicator, able to present and negotiate with professionalism and clarity.
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership in a growing start-up environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a hybrid setup, with a focus on achieving results rather than meeting rigid targets.
- Experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.

Package
- £35,000 – £40,000 base salary
- 20% commission on revenues generated
- 4-day working week
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement (willingness to travel as part of the role)
- 23 days holiday + public holidays
