Operating at the intersection between the corporate world and the startup ecosystem, our intention is to partner with start-ups and founders to accompany the growth journey, providing necessary support, guidance and network.

Siemens Energy Ventures offers a unique blend of expertise; with a strong innovation history coupled with market access, networks and deep technology know-how. What we’re looking for is founding teams solving big climate and energy challenges with innovative ideas so we can energize society together.

The Venture Builder brings together diverse groups of the world’s brightest minds to create scalable start-ups each with the potential to remove 10 million tonnes of CO2e every year.  As EY advises their clients with net zero decarbonisation plans – Carbon13’s sector agnostic approach to addressing the climate emergency provides access and insights to the start-up ecosystem driving innovation across key industries which align with EY client sectors​.

Accelerating technologies for net zero and inspiring our people

As part of Arm’s climate crisis response, we have committed to reducing our own emissions and to supporting innovation in climate solutions – especially in tech-enabled carbon removal solutions. We are delighted to be partnering with Carbon13 to support this aim. Through this partnership we are also surfacing examples within the business of tech innovation for net zero, as well as enabling some of our people to volunteer their time to support Carbon13 ventures with their specialist skills and expertise.
