She’ll be discussing the challenges and opportunities presented by climate change, including how environmental constraints could help drive innovation and help create new possibilities for customers and investors.
Climate tech entrepreneurs are exploring how innovation could be used to deliver new, impactful solutions. To navigate the challenges presented by climate change, we need to consider a variety of innovative solutions – both big and small; moonshots and puddle jumps.
About the Speaker:
Dr Nicky Dee has pioneered many activities in the sustainability space to scale up impact from startups. This has included work with UNEP, Nesta, European Projects, Climate KIC, DfID, UK Gov. She has been an entrepreneur as well as worked directly with entrepreneurs and those who support them. She designed and delivered the Unilever Young Entrepreneurs Awards in partnership with CISL for several years which globally attracted thousands of entrepreneurs.
