The role:
Do whatever it takes to build Fermeta. A generalist who thrives across strategy, operations, finance, fundraising, and grants, wherever the company needs you most.
What you’ll do
- Work directly with the CEO on fundraising, investor materials, and KPIs.
- Own operations and special projects
- Jump into whatever is on fire: market research, GTM support, finance modeling, project management.
- Build the lightweight processes that let a small team punch above its weight.
What you bring
- 2+ years in a demanding, high-ownership environment (startup, consulting, VC, or founding your own venture).
- A structured thinker who is also willing to do the unglamorous work.
- Strong communication and financial literacy.
- Fluent English (German a plus).
Bonus: agrifood, climate, or biotech interest; early-stage startup experience.
