We’ve proved product-market fit. Now we’re building the hardware that turns it into ocean infrastructure .. and we want someone to own it.
This is not a startup gamble. It’s the rarer thing: creative latitude on a hardware product, with a market already waiting for it.
What’s on the table
• super attractive  base, plus a bonus of up to £10,000 dependent upon your ‘s performance
• Equity worth in excess of £1m at our next round

What the job actually is

You’ll own the hardware .. architecture, prototyping, design for manufacture, production. That means Shenzhen: real relationships, real factories, real trips.

You’ll work alongside a Chief Science Officer with a global research reputation and a lab in Oxford and an incoming CTO from MIT faculty, on technology that doesn’t exist yet. These peers of yours are globally known for being the best.

And you’ll go where the work goes. Sea trials off the most remote inhabited island on the planet. Mediterranean farming villages. COP, where our customers include heads of state. You will speak, lead and present at delegations in Canada and Europe already booked for next 12 months.

The honest bit..
Right now this is hands-on. You’ll be building the product and hiring the team that builds it after you.
