A step-by-step guide
In accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR, you can download a complete copy of all the data you have shared in this Community. This includes posts, messages, photos, videos, comments, etc. The data will be compiled automatically and delivered to you in a machine-readable JSON format. Please bear in mind that depending on the amount of data that needs to be compiled, preparing your download might take a while.
- Login
- Navigate to the Community Home
- Look for your name with the drop down arrow to the right
- Navigate to “About” in your profile
- Navigate to “Account”
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll see a button called “Export my Community Data”
- Click the button and enter your password to begin the export.
